Although I’d known Nancy for years this was an entirely new venture for her and her excitement was palpable. A warn, friendly, easy-going “people person,” Senior Transitions would give her the opportunity to deal with families on a one-to-one basis while helping them through what can be a difficult, stressful, and confusing time.
But first there was much work to be done. Nancy had to deal with the logistics of setting up a new business while dealing with the logistics of setting up this particular business.
Oh, and then there’s the website.
We mutually agreed to keep it as simple as possible. Make it clear what Senior Transitions is all about, provide some resources, and encourage anyone with questions or interest to contact Nancy.
And, like all good websites, we made a bunch of changes even before the site was launched. And, like all good websites, we’ll make a bunch more as the business evolves.
Everything changes. Why should quality websites be any different?
